I had noticed a lack of younger students participating in the ‘Careers’ Impact Project in recent semesters and was concerned that a lack of direction could be to blame for this turnout. I believed that there was a great potential for students in the lower high school and middle school to enjoy and benefit from various ‘Careers’ projects, through paths such as work experience, and, having once been one of the younger students in the College, and being in contact with many of them through family and Peer Support, I was aware that the desire to look into future careers was definitely present in the Junior school
So I created this website; a place from which to take inspiration and use as a guide when considering a Careers Impact Project. Regardless as to where you are in the process, from picking a career you're genuinely interested in for work experience, to completing your presentation, I hope that this website has something to offer you and can stand as a reference point for you throughout the Semester.
